Where We Ship

We ship exclusively to the following destinations:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Germany

We do not ship to other international destinations or P.O. Box addresses at this time.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is 100% Free on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling / Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Germany: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery windows are carrier estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to severe weather, holidays, or international customs clearances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • United States: Applicable domestic sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • UK, Germany & Canada: All applicable import taxes, duties, and VAT are included in the price shown at checkout. You will not face unexpected delivery or customs surcharges at your door.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link is sent as soon as your package ships. If your tracking details show no movement for more than 7 business days, please email us.

Address Corrections

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at contact@dudsdive.shop immediately. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be updated.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, or if a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and replace or refund verified missing orders.
