Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return for a full refund.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us by email at contact@dudsdive.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the dedicated return warehouse address.

Package the item securely and ship it back following the provided instructions.
(Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted).
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an item defect, damage, or fulfillment error on our part, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For customer preference returns (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the transaction to your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item swaps. The fastest way to secure an alternative size or product is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@dudsdive.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will issue a free replacement or complete refund immediately.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers)
Consumers located in the United Kingdom and European Union have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, notify us with an unequivocal statement at contact@dudsdive.shop. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of being informed, provided the goods are received back or proof of return is supplied.
