How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier tracking link.

Will I have to pay import duties or extra taxes?
No. For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany, all applicable taxes, duties, and VAT are calculated and included at checkout. You will not face unexpected courier fees at your door.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags/packaging intact.

How do I start a return?
Simply email our support team at contact@dudsdive.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions and the return warehouse address.

Who covers return shipping fees?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. For standard returns based on personal preference or sizing changes, the customer covers the return label.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
